The drivers are often described as friendly and capable, contributing to a pleasant travel experience. However, some reviews mention that bus stops could be better marked in Palermo and note occasional issues such as early departures or slight delays.
I appreciate it being able to use the bus. I visited a town that would otherwise have been unaccessible to me

Boss was late 20 minutes, nobody shows us who come from different countries how to open the bus and where to put suitcases.. no help at all And the station has no sign where to wait for the bus.

We wanted to get on the bus in Palermo Airport and we had tickets bought but the driver said we can’t get on the bus cause it is too full and we had to wait 3 hours for another one
Gabrijela S.
The Bus was on time, friendly and the air conditioning was working🤩

Pick up was on time but 40 minutes late in arriving, nearly missed our connecting train

The bus we ordered was at 8:15. We arrived at 8 to the bus stop. The second we got situated the bus drove straight past us. Did not even stop we assumed it would pull to the side and walked after it. It never stopped so we we decided to wait for the next bus to stop and ride the 9:46 am bus. That bus never showed up. We were rightfully upset after waiting 2 hours for a new bus. We then bought new tickets for the 10:46 thinking they would skip if nobody had tickets. That bus arrived almost 11 am. We waited to long for a bus that’s air conditioning didn’t work well. So after spending almost $80 we made it to San Vito lo capo. We tried to reach out via email to see what happened and received a response 2 hours later.
