Bus Tickets from Kutaisi to Batumi

Horrible service. We were travelling from Kutaisi airport to Batumi, we were sitting at different ends of the bus (me at the end and my son at the beginning), the bus stopped at Kobuleti station, people started to get off the bus and my underage son also got off the bus and asked the assistant driver who was unloading the suitcases ‘Is this Central Batumi’ he said ‘Yes’ and gave him the suitcase. And my son stayed waiting for me when I will get off the bus and then the bus closed the doors and left, my son tried to call me and I saw that he was not on the bus, I asked the driver to stop and he refused me and said that it was nothing. My child came to Georgia for the first time and he is not independent enough, it is not known how this story could end and what moral consequences could be suffered by those people who left him. When the bus arrived in Batumi, I was told that it was my fault. Thank God that the passengers from the bus who got off in Kobuleti realised what had happened and paid for a taxi for my son to Batumi. After that nobody even called from the bus company and asked if my son was found.

The bus was more than 1 hour late and I could not get any info whether it's a delay or bus won't show up
