The bus was late, and I felt a bit nervous, wondering if I was waiting at the right spot. The phone number provided on the ticket was answered politely, and they clarified the parking location and the bus number. When the bus arrived, we quickly loaded the suitcases, got on, and didn’t even have time to say goodbye to those seeing us off. The driver was friendly. No one checked the quantity of suitcases. There was a power strip available for charging phones – just one for everyone, as far as I understood. The seats were standard, maybe there are worse ones. If there was a restroom on the bus, no one mentioned it, and we were directed to use the facilities outside. However, using the portable toilet outside was practically impossible, especially in the dark. I chose to buy Sindbad tickets largely because of the onboard restroom, but it turned out there wasn’t one.

The drivers were very competent, helpful and friendly. And the coach was clean and comfortable.
But the big negative for me, was that my booking promised a toilet on the coach, and there was none.
This meant we had to have a toilet stop, which added quite a bit of time to the journey.
And the lack of an onboard toilet, for such a long journey, must have been difficult for some children and elderly people.
So please do not promise that onboard toilet, and then not provide it!

I liked that the bus left Lviv on time, and that the info about where boarding would be was clear and detailed. The one thing I *really* didn't like was that we arrived at our destination 5 hours late. We stopped at a point about a km from the border, where they let everyone out to run around in the fields--for about 3.5 hours--before we were finally allowed to drive up to the border. And from there it took another 2.5 hours to cross the border. (It is not the bus company's fault that there were 3 buses ahead of us at the border, but the schedule apparently allows only 1 hr for the border crossing, which has never yet happened.)

Stopped for one hour by polish traffic police and driver was in their van all this time. No one told us what was happening and toilet breaks were rare. Seats were cramped and seat in front if me was broken so it reclined too far back into my space. Seat belt not working and jammed up under seat. Heating was on full all the way and was stifling. No air vents or fresh air.
