Amtrak High Point Washington recent customer reviews
The experience was unsatisfactory. Upon my grandmother’s arrival in Washington, D.C., I was assured that her luggage would be removed from the train. However, no assistance was provided. This resulted in a passenger seated nearby her offering to assist my grandmother. Regrettably, they unfortunately stole her carry-on bag containing valuable items and brand-new purchases. I was compelled to expend my hard-earned money to replace these items.
