terrible. my original train got cancelled, so i had to book a new one. the new train stopped 3/4 of the way to dc and had to reverse and reroute which took over an hour. i had to cancel my scheduled uber ride and i missed the one time i could see my friend that was back from the military. WHO I HAVENT SEEN IN OVER A YEAR.
