Very comfortable and relaxing 🥰 enjoyed my trip from Darwin to Katherine the lady bus driver was extremely polite and kind. The seatbelt couldnt fit because I'm a extra large lady and she gave a seatbelt extension but it still didn't fit. I didn't wanna bother her anymore than I did. But I just held the belt around my waist. Hopefully I could suggest we need to extend all seatbelts for larger people thats travelling or extra long extension belts. But, overall, i love travelling with greyhound ❤️ Thanks greyhound for making my experience amazing, I wouldn't change it for the world. It has over 50 years experience in guess. Reasonable cost however Greyhound site advises buses have wifi and charging ports - no wifi and charging ports didn't operate. There was no water in tank to flush Toilet on board and no toilet paper rendering it for most part unusable. Bus was late arriving at pick up and drop off - understand the remoteness of the area but I expected far more from Greyhound. On the whole disappointed BUT it did get us to the destination.

Delayed 1 hour but didn't notice anything, couldn't check where is bus now, after 1day they sent email that bus will be Delayed 15~30min but already past.. and was 1hour delayed

Very professional. There was a delay due to traffic conditions as we pulled out from Brisbane airport and the driver communicated this to base. A passenger used the information to inform another bus carrier in Gaton to wait for her as Greyhound was running late about 15 minutes. It worked out well. When we arrived the other bus was waiting for her. Well done Greyhound!
