Greyhound Australia User Reviews
Greyhound Australia receives praise for its comfortable buses and pleasant drivers. However, some users note delays in departure times and issues with onboard amenities such as non-functioning Wi-Fi and unpleasant odors from the toilets. Despite these concerns, many find the overall service to be good once underway.
This was the first time we travelled via Greyhound and had an excellent experience. The coach was clean and comfortable for long distance travel. The driver was friendly explained the ground-rules very clearly. We will recommend Greyhound to family and friends and will definitely use the service again.

Service is very good,on time departure and arrival, however the toilets at the back smells a lot for the backseat passengers. In that way ,some hygeine should be maintained.
Roselin M.
There was a USB outlet at my seat, but I couldn’t charge my device, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work either. The people in the seats in front of me were talking very loudly until late at night, but no one said anything to them. I hope the ride can be made a bit more comfortable.
