Greyhound Australia User Reviews
Greyhound Australia receives praise for its punctuality and efficient customer service, with users appreciating the friendly staff. However, some reviews mention concerns about seat comfort and cleanliness due to leftover food smells in seat pockets. Despite these issues, many travelers report having a good journey overall.
The bus was on time and with all services north of Rockhampton being cancelled at the last minute due to highway flooding the driver stayed calm and was so helpful with helping so many backpackers who were going to north Qld with good advice on changing their travel plans

The bus was not clean and smelt of food left in seat pockets. However, on time and good journey.

The first bus driver arrived already annoyed, unfriendly and angry in Brisbane . The toilet was completely full and not working but that was not the problem but when I told him and ask if we gonna make a stop instead soon he was again really unfriendly and kinda ignored me. He didn’t looked after the toilet and we didn’t made a stop for again 1 hours. It had to ask 2 more woman that he finally made a stop. He told us we gonna stop in Byron bay what to this time again one more hour was. Finally he decided to make after 30 min bevor Byron bay a break with the annoyed word „when someone has to go desperately to the toilet and can not wait then here“ never in my life I drove with someone with this Attitude against there costumer

The service was good and the bus drivers were nice. I even got to see a crack head get arrested as we were pulling into our stop
