There was no clear place to pick up the bus, the bus was over a half hour late according to the app, but never came. The app gave two conflicting places to pick up the bus and we never knew if we were in the right spot or even the right area of town because it gave conflicting pick up stops. We never saw the bus and lost $200 on our hotel that night.
