It was very cold in the bus. Seats was uncomfortable. Staff a bit rude. Drivers was talking laud(we was seating right behind them and couldn’t sleep).

The worst company and bus ever. We will never take it again. 4 hour delay which is twice the travel time. Each half an hour drive has 15 mintues stop for toilte and cigarettes. Operators are not helpful and very rude.
