I had 4 hours brake in Brno waiting for connection bus. As fot that time, as I fell a sleap for 15 min on the benches (outside), someone stole my bags. I ended up in Police, made a statement, and 1.000 euro worth of personal belonging (its double than that, but Police counts 50%) is now gone. So, not good suggestion and someone should advise tourist about this, because Police informed me that it happens everyday same time there. I am not a local, so dont know that, and at first glance nice and peacefull Brno turned out to be nightmare for me. Regards
Excellent service. A bit difficult to find the departure site for a non gernan speaking person Otherwise congratulations on a great service
Much better than flix bus. Wifi, free drink, staff was professional, toilet was fine, and on time both departure and arrival.
The hostess was so rude in dealing
Easy trip to Prague. The train was noisy due to many cute children being excited.
ok very very good
Very bad experience. I will never take it again and I don't recommend your agency to my friends. 3 hours of delay without any apologies neither indemnity
Wi-Fi is a little slowly. But other things are good.
