I never got to go, I traveled 2hours to get to train station in Pittsburgh at 5 in the morning only to be told the train would be 5 hours late. I would miss my connecting train to culpepper with no guarantee I wouldn’t be stuck in Washington Saturday night. I had to cancel the entire trip. I was given not one email or text prior to me getting there at 5am. Terrible customer service. Probably never trying the train again
