Very bad company
The first time we travel with Barons, it great.
Great!! Bus was dirty but ride went smoothly
It was good
Great price, comfortable seats, strong wifi.
I never made the bus because it went to the wrong location. When I called I was told they moved the stop but I was never notified about this. Never received an email, text, call, nor saw any signs displaying this. I’m very disappointed and annoyed especially because my confirmation email listed the original address which is where I showed up.
The bus was stinking inside of urine smell
It was good
The bus driver on the way back to Cincinnati was kind of short when asking her questions. We also had to switch buses downtown Columbus and purchased a ticket which should have been one bus from OSU to Univ. of Cincinnati.
Staff is very friendly and excellent service.
I'm still new to Barons. I recently learned it goes trough Greyhound and Colleges. I went to college in the 90's, I don't recall any bus lines stopping at University of Cincinnati! The buses are always clean; was low on sanitizer in the toilet compartment today 10-1-18. I love the electric socket amenity. The drivers are professional; today's driver is a natural on customer service, I bet he is nice off the clock.
Excellent service, good WiFi access.
I have had about 4 experiences, I find things professional and kind. I have not had a problem.
The bus was an hour late departing from the station. The driver was funny though and made the ride pleasant.
Very nice for the price... only thing Is a very musty man sat next to me and wanted to have a conversation. Gross!
Clean and timely
Everything went very well. The driver was excellent, the service was also excellent, and on time.
It was great
Alright but could of been on time
Nice comfortable ride just usually always running 10-20 minutes late
The bus was late, the space between seats is narrow and the WiFi went away a lot of times
Like the convience of UC to Ohio State
Rude driver, wasn’t able to charge phone and when I asked about if he knew what was wrong he acted as if it were no real concern and I barely got a response out of him. No wifi , I was very dissatisfied with this ride
Set reservation for the wrong date. Had to wait in the bus station for EIGHT HOURS to get to my destination
It was nice
My bus driver threatened to leave me behind before the scheduled departure time. I did not know I needed a paper ticket so I told him I was going to go print it off in the building I work in which is right by the bus stop and "would be back in 5 min" and he said he would leave with out me in 2 minutes @12:30 even though the departure time was 12:35 I managed to get back in time because I know the desk staff
