I was very disappointed with my bus experience. 2 hours in we were stuck in a car wreck for 1.5 hours which I know that is nobodies fault. Then we went through New York City which was in traffic too. When we were finally less than an hour away and I was on a very time sensitive schedule since I needed to make my plane, we pull over the side of the road because of the bus breaking down... because of this and how short I was on time I had to pay an additional $70 to get a Lyft to pick me up on the side of the highway so I could make it to the airport. All of those events combined were very unfortunate but more than anything I think the bus driver provided poor customer service. He was not understanding or even trying to keep us informed with what was going on. I am lucky I made my flight but very unhappy with yesterday.
Our delay was due to heavy traffic across George Washington bride in New York City. Otherwise trip was uneventful.
High quality service
Once again, I got off the bus at the Newark Penn Station (in Newark, NJ), because of the huge "PENNSYLVANIA" welcome sign. I thought it was the "Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 30th Street Station" in Pennsylvania! This deja vu moment occurred a few years ago with a Greyhound bus, too.
Very roomy and clean. No fuss staff, delivered a very smooth trip
safe, comfortable journey. Onboard wifi was slow and patchy at times. Traffic conditions on the way resulted in late arrival at destination. Overall satisfied with the service!
The trip was ok, but the bus was more than an hour late in arrival.
Great service. Reliable.
Just a few minutes before we were supposed to get on the bus they let us know the bus would be an hour late. An hour later they started putting people on random buses and only after an hour and a half we left towards new york. The bus it self was pretty gross. The wifi works for about ten minutes and thats only after trying to figure out how to use it yourself. Really disappointing.
Very professional only negative is back of first bus rattling but understandable because engine is in back
The departure bus was delayed by 1 hour with no explanation on why. I had to look for a staff member and call to know what’s going on. No announce were made until I asked about it and even then they could not give me an answer other than “they don’t know and it just delayed.” The arrival time was supposed to be at 5 pm but instead the arrival time was a little bit over 7 pm. I don’t know if they are going to apologize for that or compensate but, I am glad that I wasn’t on a schedule. If some people were on a schedule then I guarantee that it got messed up bad.
The bus was running about a half hour late out it George Washington station. Minor accident at the beginning of the NJ turnpike, waited for the police. Arrived in Philadelphia late.
The air conditioning was not working when we left Boston. Even though the bus driver wanted to continue the trip. When we got to Nartford, CN he tried changing the bus, because it was already unbearable. Did not work either. By the time we got to New York it was just impossible to stay in the bus. So he decided not to continue the trip. At that time, I called Greyhound and the representative did not do anything to help. The client is the last priority of this company. What a great disappointment.
Great and efficient service!
My bus never came and when I called the Greyhound company they said the bus came even though I had several eye witnesses who told the customer service representative the bus never came
Very poor time management. The bus was late and then the driver got lost on the way to New York. I ended up making my connection but it made me worrrkes.
Good bus and cheap
It was relaxing and really nice :)
Very unorganized on Holidays
Whole trip was great comfortable and enjoyable but the bus was late at the first point it was not good experience and impression.
I want a refund. I missed my interview because try didn’t not have a driver for the bus for 3.5 hours . Ridiculous. Never going to recommend anyone greyhound.
Peter pan bus was really good just the bus timings were little confusing for which the time and bus number should be shown on the screen clearly to avoid confusion
Peter Pan is a no frills bus company who are committed to satisfying their customers. Always punctual
They double booked the bus so I could not get on the bus and they did not file people on to the bus in the order of their tickets. So I had to take a bus 4 hours later then what was on my ticket originally. Then, the bus driver had to stop 30 minutes away from port authority bc he was near his driving limit but, it was not his fault another driver was supposed to relieve him and did not show up bc the company made a mistake. It was a terrible experience
My departing bus arrived extremely late causing me to miss my connecting bus. Our driver took the HEAVIEST traffic route, and missed multiple turns— adding to our delay. I was able to take a later connecting bus which was also late. Needless to say I won’t be traveling with Peter Pan again as they clearly can’t handle connections. Also when I bought my ticket I wasn’t even informed that it wasn’t a direct route. I wouldn’t have purchased my ticket if I knew that going in.
I had flight that I missed because of the delay. The bus had no air condition and we stopped for almost 3 hours after we left Boston until the mechanic arrives but the said we can’t fix it. So we waited for the back up bus arrived. So for that I need a refund. That was my first and last time riding with your company.
Bus did not exist. This site is a complete scam!!!
I had the displeasure of riding Greyhound. For the third time in a row the bus driver did not show up to the terminal and so I along with many others were forced to wait sitting on the floor of the dirty terminal from 3:15 am until nearly 7 am. I missed a very important appointment in the morning due to the delay. The staff were terrible shouting at passengers.
