the driver discriminated against us because we are Asians,he saw us but did not let us go in the bus, firstly he let all the Americans in the bus,and only after everybody he let us go in the bus,it was very unpleasant and rude
The bus ride itself was fine. Being first time riders, it was not made clear to us that we had seat assignments. The driver was fairly rude to us once we figured out where our seats were and instead of being polite and helping us get to our seats, he kept trying to get us out of his way because he said we were blocking the aisle!
I was late for work because I chose to use flixbus, the driver was going to just have us wait in Kissimmee for over an hour and a half. If it was not for the dissatisfied customers speaking up, we would have stayed right there, waiting.
Heavy traffic along either other factors lead to us being about 3 hours and 15 minutes late to Miami, missing a few reservations. Additionally, the driver kind of just threw the bags, some people had assigned seating and some didn't, the bathroom had no soap or hand sanitizer. Bus was comfy and had plugs and stuff, which was ideal. Price was decent.
Overall a good experience however I am glad I left some buffer room for the arrival to destination since we arrived at the destination about an hour late.
I booked a 8am ride and was told at 8:05am that it was cancelled and I had to take the next bus at 11am. It ruin all my plans and getting my rental on time.
Every thing perfect! The driver was very nice, helpfull, and showed that he really like his job, and the customer matters, which is important. Great experience,
Good customer service (there was a mistake with my reservation thou). The driver was nice. I liked internet on buses. They need USB chargers or outlets
Amazing service and experience. I was just annoyed in the beginning some people were listening to creole in the back but eventually the driver mentioned again that cell phones are prohibited
Driver Rafael's instructions for the ride Orlando-Miami on 19 February were clear and provided both in English and Spanish. There was WiFi on board (while the e-ticket specified there was none). The bus was clean and the air conditioning working and not too cold.
I used to take read coach every time I go to Miami because use to be confortable, but not anymore, they changed the confortables seats, the espace between sits is smaller now, very unconfortable, and they say there is wifi in the bus but is a lie, no wifi at all. Use to be good to travel with red coach, but this time I got desapointed
Nice comfortable seats and friendly staff and driver. But concerned about driver talking on mobile while driving a lot, which nearly caused a collision at one point. Driver also had a bit of road rage against other drivers (although perhaps they deserved it).
Terrible, I was dropped off in the parking lot of a K-Mart. Driver was too lazy to take me to my destination (Miami Airport) because I was the last one. Told me by his own admission.
I was so incredibly disappointed in the lack of communication that the bus no longer picked up from the location stated on our pre-purchased tickets. We were meant to be picked up from IDrive suites and when the bus never arrived, I called bus line and asked where it was and they told me that the bus already left (we had been at the location for 20 minutes before 8am ) so we had to make our own way to the Kissimmee location which was 22 minutes away from where we were, we were told the bus would only wait 10 mins. Will NEVER recommend
