Totally crowded , little shuttle bus tooo many people . No heat at minus 20 . My hands and feet froze had layers on
The bus has no mirror defiger thus was foggy windows and too cold. The driver try to clean the windshield everytime and left the door open to remove the fog naturally at every breaking stops. However, the driver is well behaved and cooperative
The bus was cancelled as the bus broke down I went to the Bus Stop in Vegreville at 0420 for the bus at 0430 when the bus had not arrived at 0500 I phoned KCTI to find out bus was cancelled and I was missed being notified
Vegreville to Lloydminster

KCTI staff operated this trip without the restroom inside the bus being accessible for the entire length of journey for 9 hours from Edmonton to Saskatoon. I traveled till Lloydminster only.
For the price I was very surprised at the level of comfort the bus offered, a couple of stops the driver allowed time for people to buy drinks and use the restrooms, the driver was good at handling the bus around the city on tight corners, friendly to deal with as well, it was my first time using this service and I will use it again.
It was advertised that the bud had outlets and wifi. The bathroom was not operational. And the driver turned on the personal air ducts on as soon as we got in the city. — it was hot on the bus. This option should have been given to us as soon as we left. I will be preferring Rider Express next time.
Aside from being late departing, the driver had to go fuel up, kind of thought they would have fueled yhe bus up at the end of the last shift, that would have helped.
The driver kept pulling over on the side of the highway for no reason. That’s dangerous especially in the icy conditions. The bus was also an hour late leaving Saskatoon and there was no information provided telling us whether it was delayed or not. Many were worried it might have been cancelled due to the weather. We were two hours late arriving in Saskatoon. Also one of the times we stopped for a bathroom break the driver tried to drive off without all of the passengers on board.
I answered an earlier question incorrectly. It arrived for pickup in Edmonton about 25 minutes late. It arrived in Saskatoon about 1.5 hours late. Partly by a 15 minute break being 25 minutes. The rest was partly due to extra stops in Edmonton not informed about.
I hurt my back on the bus. The ride was so tough. Every bump on the way out of Edmonton hurt. I woke up with a sore back and now I’ll have to go to a chiropractor
The bus showed up, the driver told us that they would be an hour later for pick up, then it left.
Additionally, the Edmonton Transit station used for pickup is incredibly substandard and unsafe.
If there were an alternative for getting my daughter back to college, we would use it.
Was waiting in the cold for an hour for the bus. When the bus arrived and I went to check in with the bus driver, I was told to wait another half hour outside. I arrived at my destination 1.5 hours late. Very unhappy with this trip.
Got to the station 45 mins before departure time. Bus was supposed to arrive 5:30 but at 6:15 still had not shown up. I called the company and they said that the bus came an hour early because the driver was messed up because of the clocks going back but the station attendant said that no bus came at all.
The bus was 45 min late
I missed my pick up
The driver offered to call a cab which he spoke to in his own language so clearly it was a friend. Maybe the delay was on purpose.
He did not ask us to pu the seatbelts on or not to use our cellphones without headphones. He was then speeding on the highway which did not make me very comfortable overall a disappointing experience. At the gas station in Saskatoon the staff said that the bus is always at least 30 min late.
very impressed. did not know bus was available. will be taking it more often. when the greyhound line shut down - I did not realize there were any buses doing the routes. will tell lots of my friend!
