Very courteous and helpful staff at check in. I felt my luggage was safe. The driver was great - there were lots of bad roads and potholes he had to deal with. The only minor thing to mention is that the USB charging points weren't switched on until near the destination.

Overall good transport service but the film played on the T.V. on the bus was TOO LOUD for the last two hours of the ride, very annoying, not relaxing! Also, the washroom (toilet) was locked which made it a bit uncomfortable for a 5-hour trip with no toilet stop!
