Journey was timely and the bus was fairly comfortable. Staff were helpful at the bus station. Only negative point, the toilet had no water and did not flush which was very unpleasant on a 19 hour journey
I bought a ticket for the 10am buss to santa marta and got to the terminal on time only to find out that they didnt have any busses leaving until 3pm. I specifically bought a bus for 10am because i had plans in santa marta for mid day the next day. Needless to say i missed a meeting with a client who was quit upset. Not too impressed. There was no delay, there just were not any busses leaving at 10...
Your service is horrible. The drivers are very negligent always driving by the illegal side. Their attitude was hostile and permit ambulatory seller at the bus disturbing us. And finally never the driver put sanitary paper at the bathroom. And they make more than ten stop and by this reason the trip was over 19 hours, when the ticket said 16 and a half hours.
According to 25 reviews, Copetran received a 3.4-star rating for this journey. Travellers were especially satisfied with the seats and the cleanliness, but some complained about the temperature. Copetran ticket prices on this trip start at US$33.00

Bus was comfortable. However the journey was 10 hours longer than scheduled. Not good at all
A very long bus ride to not be provided with a meal. No toilet paper, soap or water by midnight on the journey. Only one charging point that my next door neighbour commandeered for the entire journey. Just average overall.
The bus itself was fine- the seats were comfortable and there were TV screens to watch with usb points. The toilet was okay but didn't have any toilet paper or soap for the full journey. We only had contact with the staff when we got on the bus and at our final stop, there was no food or refreshments offered, which I thought was poor for a 16 hour journey. Our bus left half an hour late then broke down in the middle of the night and then had several long stops, which meant we were 4.5 hours late on arriving and therefore lost most of our day, which was annoying as we only had a short visit. Disappointing overall
According to 14 reviews, Berlinas del Fonce received a 3.8-star rating for this journey. Travellers were especially satisfied with the staff and the seats, but some complained about the temperature. Berlinas del Fonce ticket prices on this trip start at US$36.00

Very comfortable
Very good
Expected 3 seats per row (there were 4 seats per row), so it was more cramped. Passengers smoked in the toilets. The bus left Bogotá at least 30 minutes late.
Based on 64 reviews, the company was rated 4 stars on Busbud. Travellers were especially satisfied with the seats and the cleanliness but often complained with the Wi-Fi. Los Libertadores ticket prices on this trip start at US$44.00
