Customers have praised the punctuality and cordiality of the drivers, noting their good communication skills and respectful behavior. Many enjoyed their trips due to excellent customer care provided by both drivers and crew, with specific appreciation for smooth border crossings without delays. Overall, passengers had a positive experience with this operator.

The worst service possible, first bus available to book for on app for Friday yet they had no trip, left Sunday, bus was for 14:30, boarded 17:00. Spent all Sunday evening and all Monday on the road because they are carrying a lot of cargo even inside the bus so playing cat and mouse with cops and tax authorities. As I write this, it's Tuesday morning, 04:51 am, we have not reached Harare because there is a road block 20 Kms before the city and we have had to sleep at a truck stop as we wait for it to be dismantled. It's now 36 hours on the road.

I didn't enjoy anything, spending more than 24hrs on the bus. Boarded the bus at exactly 12pm but left Harare at around 4pm. The bus was stopping at almost ever bustop. The bus had a break down we had to stop in the middle of nowhere at midnight. As I am typing this we are still on the way between Messina and Louis. We don't even know how much more time we need to get to Joberg. Honestly speaking I am disappointed and I vow never to use this bus again.
