Bus was late. Staff rude. Didn’t get the seats we were allocated. Was seated separately from my husband who is disabled. Arrived late in Split. Was unable to get the on the bus two previous attempts, staff did not inform me we needed to buy tickets online. Nothing good.

I liked everything, except the fact that I was supposed to board my bus at the Ina Gas Station in Primosten. There was no sign where the bus stop is located, and while it was late we were worried It would not arrive at all. I called the call center for help, the operator tried to help and promised to call back in two minutes, but he never actually called.
I mean I was lucky to board a bus and come to my destination, but the waiting time was super stressful.
