The staff was nice but the train got delayed over an hour and the updates on delay were not frequent enough. I could find only one scree in Oakville go that showed the time for via rail and it was far away from platform 2. At least 2-4 minutes away. Even the live tracking was buggy. It showed me that the train had already passed Oakville and after 10 minutes started showing 30 minutes away from Oakville. It was a very unpleasant experience. All accompanied by windy cold evening and no heated spots at the platform where passengers could wait.

The cart we were in didn’t have ac, it must’ve been 80f, full cart of people. Even the attendants couldn’t stand it and were in other carts. This lasted 2 hours and the train was delayed 45 mins.
