Arrived to airport almost an hour late almost missing flight and having to run through the airport. Give yourself 2 hours or more wit bus from playa del Carmen
I paid for a bus trip to Cancun airport terminal 3. The bus stopped at terminal 4 and 2 but not 3. I asked the driver and he didn't give me an answer and I walked from another terminal
The bus arrived on time which is always a good thing. Although I don't think a bus driver with the responsibility of all of those passengers should be using their cell phone.
I had to change the time and although it was paid online and added change time option I had to pay 230 mxn for my husband and Me.
I couldn’t go on the 11:00 am bus because I was feeling very dizzy after the ferry from Cozumel.
The staff were courteous and kind but insisted that I pay half price tickets.
I spent 2 weeks in Mexico and used ADO many times. Buses were always prompt with the exception of my return to the airport. There was a lot of traffic which caused about an hour delay. Luckily I still made it in time for my flight. I would recommend that ADO contact or inform passengers when they know there is a traffic delay. Other than that I had a great experience every time!
I am upset with ado we had a time and didnt make or bus. A driver repeatedly yelled at me telling me it was not my bus but another was telling me it was
Just not happy with how I was treated
Enjoy taking the ADO bus to and from Cancun airport/ Playa del Carmen. It’s a clean and efficient and economical way to travel. Love that it has movies and air conditioning!
I answered yes to these questions, but I wasn't able to confirm that, since I wasn't able to get on the bus. I had tickets and was early, but stood in line because there were no signs to indicate otherwise. We missed it and had to take a taxi. Please increase your signage and communication to guide people with tickets to where they need to be to avoid this issue.
The scheduled bus at 12:00 did not show up at all. There was no information on the current route and arrival time of the bus. Only after our intervention did we receive a replacement transport a.do express
Playa del Carmen Turistica has no display that shows the status of the scheduled buses. Majority of the attendants do not know about changes in schedule. After waiting for 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time, one of the terminal staff told me that my bus had left a while ago. In fact, the bus was delayed. I had to get a taxi to the airport.
we were so late that if I didn't sprint my hear out I would have missed my flight. It was also NOT advertised that the bus was going to stop at every terminal BEFORE going to terminal 3. Very misleading.
Bus left before departure time and I missed it even it I arrived in advance. Then the next bus refused to take me on board even if there was available seat. Very poor experience.
They cancelled my bus without notice and told me to use the same ticket to take the next bus. The next bus was over an hour late, and the driver tried to stop me from getting on.
I bought a ticket for the 12:55 bus to the airport today and I arrived to the station at 12:40 and it was gone! I had to take a cab to make my flight. Very bad service.
bus was almost an hour late and when asking ADO staff about the whereabouts we were brushed off multiple times. No announcements or alerts as to what was happening
The Centro bus was never called so it was not known to me where the bus was loading. I was informed that it left and I had to buy another ticket. Another couple had the same experience. As it was a small bus and parked beyond the big buses, I had no idea it was there. It wasn't on the board or called out by the lead bus man
Chaos in the terminal . Spanish speaking and non Spanish speaking travelers had a hard time figuring out when to board when to wait . Both my buses left late 5 to 10 min ,and after checking with the attendant if I could board I was told to wait only to have to run to my bus as it was pulling back . But I didn’t mind so much . It’s not the employee's fault it’s the procedures . As the buses are scheduled to go out everyone with different destinations are packed at the entrance to the buses . If everyone going to Playa could stand on the left and everyone going to Xalapa could stand on the right , as the order of the buses going out that would make it easier. And an enfaces on trip # might help . I can tell the employees are doing their best . Thanks
