We bought the correct tickets to the Cancun Airport - Terminal 3, however, the e-tickets just said “Cancun” so the driver would not allow us on the bus. The line up was ridiculous to have the ticket corrected - so we had to take a taxi to the Cancun Airport.

The ease of booking on line and choosing my seat! The bus was clean and we got to Cancun quickly. Great price point and comfort.

Change bus size so had to be seated separately from my partner because the second bus was samller!

I love the comfort of the reclining seats, the plugs to charge devices, the restroom facilities and onboard entertainment. I did not like that free WiFi was not working or available.

This bus did not exist. I had to buy another ticket. I asked 4 times for help and was told everything was fine.

The Centro bus was never called so it was not known to me where the bus was loading. I was informed that it left and I had to buy another ticket. Another couple had the same experience. As it was a small bus and parked beyond the big buses, I had no idea it was there. It wasn't on the board or called out by the lead bus man
