The bus took 25 minutes to leave the station and I missed the local bus back home because of it.

I enjoyed the quiet bus ride I did not enjoy that the bus was very laste but it’s okay.. I did not enjoy that the bus doesn’t make it clear where its stoppping before hand and driver doesn’t call out where we are stopping One bus I got on hand a foot rest and the other did not so leg ended up hurting But I’d definitely ride again

This actually is not their fault at all. Intercity is a great bus service and works perfectly. The issues is air Canada always delays me to the point I miss my bookings and have then wasted 50 dollars on a ticket

My bus broke down in Kitchener making my arrival a good hour late. I was later sent a "special discount offer" for use on my next trip. Tried using it for my trip home but It wouldn't work. I'm not so upset about the bus breaking down. These things happen, however, the discount offer that didn't work does upset me.

I loved that it the bus arrived on-time in London. What I did not enjoy was how dirty all the windows were.

The availability was enjoyed. The driver was not driving appropriately. (Speeding/not maintaining lanes properly)

Bus driver was awful. an hour late to my destination. No assistance in retrieving my baggage

Bus driver was incompetent and didn’t help with any bags which were packed badly, made us arrive an hour late to our destination and didn’t know how to scan our QR code tickets

I didn't like having to throw out an $7 meal cause I guess food and drinks are not allowed on a 3 hour bus ride

awful. they cancelled, did not email, and did not help AT ALL when there was 20+ left with no transportation

The arrival was 50 minutes late and my last trip to Toronto to I had to get off before we left because it was half an hour late leaving. I rely on the bus schedules to be accurate, obviously I shouldn't rely on a service to be reliable which has been proven multiple times now. People make plans around the schedules and when they can't be kept it effects the whole travel plan

It was the worst journey I’ve ever had. The bus was 1h and a half late for a 2 hour journey. The bus was overbooked so someone Shad to get off, and the trip took 1 more hour than planned.

Kudos to our bus driver this morning for calling the attention of one passenger using her phone on loud speaker. The bus and the toilet was clean. I just hope that they could improve on the wifi connection though.

It was my first time using New York Trailways. I was going from Toronto to London Ontario. And this was the best trip. The seats are very comfortable. And I had a space for my legs to feel free. There was a working restroom, which is a big plus. I can't say anything about Wi-Fi, because I didn't use it. I was listening to music. And I want to add that the driver was also excellent. He helped me with my luggage. His attitude was positive. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for such a good trip

The bus was clean. The driver was courteous and professional. We reached on time.
