The driver was very skilled - she drove carefully, anticipating unsafe behaviour by other drivers, and handled the vehicle well.
The bus left late because 8 boys were trying to hustle our bus driver into driving them to London. I overheard the bus driver saying he would let them on for 25 bucks per person. Which was unfair because everyone paid 40 dollars who bought a ticket previously. He let them on. They were disruptive the entire time. They were running up and down the aisle falling into other people’s seats. Taking pictures with thier flash. The bus driver had no control and let them do whatever they wanted
It was bad because the bus was very dirty. All the seats had some sort of brownish stain, and ashes as if someone smoked a cigarette inside the bus.

The service itself was great, but the instructions on finding the stop at Pearson was terrible. The. Worst. Took us 45 minutes to find it.
My power outlet did not work, and there was no obvious sign for the wifi password or how to access it. I think my bus driver got lost. He initially missed the exit on the highway, and then took a really round about way to get to my stop.
Was on time. Good bus. Would be nice if pickup instructions were more clear. Electronic boards would be good.

The driver was polite and friendly , answered my questions, as simple as they may have been. I am an anxious traveler, I was worried about traveling on my own and it was the first time using the megabus . The trip was quiet and peaceful. I'm glad megabus canada has such amazing staff!

It was right on time, the driver was very nice and helpful but throughout the entire trip, it was very cold inside the bus
The bus is a little cold so the air conditioner is not very good or is not working properly
The bus was late, left the airport over 30 minutes late. Took forever to start driving again after the Kitchener stop. We reached London an hour late and the bus did not go to the York Street stop.
