Didn’t make it. They rescheduled the trip to an earlier time but only informed me by mail 1 and a half hour before my original departure time which I wasn’t able to read after. Never again with this bus
To start myself and a group of individuals I found wandering the airport terminal had no idea where exactly to meet our ride because we were not told. Secondly the bus was nearly an hour late. Making many of us worry we were going to be stranded at the airport, hours away from home. Thirdly the “bus” that met us was not a bus it was a van. When booking it showed that it would be a bus, with wifi and a bathroom, this had neither. In all my years of travelling I never had a worse or more stress experience. Lastly when several of us tried to call to figure out what was going on initially we found that the customer service help line was experiencing technical difficulties. Leaving use even more stressed and confused. Had another bus driver not pointed the van out we would’ve never known it had arrived.
The bus arrived one hour late that expected. The electric outlets in the bus didn’t work. The driver wasn't able to tell me if my stop was part of his itinerary... he only said "we'll see when we get there". Very frustrating, because this was my 1st time using this service.
The driver was all the way useing the cell phone and talking to his daughters who were traveling in the bus sitting in the first row and without Security
The bus was very late, the one power outlet near the front of the bus didn't work, but the worst part was that wearing a shirt, a sweatshirt, a fleece, and long pants, I was freezing during the almost four hours I was on the bus between Toronto and London because of excessive air conditioning. The evening was just the right temperature outside - cooling but not cold. Why freeze the passengers? Next time I'll take the train.
Bus was delayed for over an hour leaving Union for no reasonable explanation. Then additional delays on route. Good thing I didn't have a deadline to meet!
The bus was on time, the driver was polite and everything was fine but the bus didn't have a perfect balance, it was shaking as if one of the tires wasn't perfect or something else was wrong
1No customer service in the bus
2. No charging spots for adaptor cables
3. No wifi or entertainment service
4. No refreshments
5. Departure not on time
