Only issue is no actual WiFi on the bus, although it showed there to be. It’s 2020. If greyhound is going to advertise themselves with on-bus WiFi to keep current with the times, please make it happen.
The bus was at the station on time but we were not allowed to board it until 8:45 and then didn’t leave until about 9pm. One of the passengers forgot that he was supposed to get off of the bus and realized when we were back on the highway and the bus driver stopped on the side of the highway and allowed him to get off!
The bus was ridiculously hot inside. Everyone on the bus was sweating and dehydrated. When someone said something to the bus driver, very little was changed. It blows my mind that I paid for that kind of service.
