Myself (the Father and my son Don and Jeremy, my grandson)were to have a reunion, even for one day My son said at one point an old van pulled in with onex on the side. the driver got out and lifted the hood. My son and I were expecting a bus, not an old van.
I thought it was really unprofessional of the company to not notify anyone of the bus breaking down before departure and then to put 4 random people in a randoms persons car. Then, we were dropped off at the wrong location (adelaide) not front and york way earlier than expected. The driver also pulled over on the side of the busy highway to send a text.
There was no bus...we were driven in cars. My driver was rude and unco-operative, Was not educated in Canada and did not have a complete understanding of the english language. I would rather NEVER be transported through that transport company again out of London, Ontario again...
Despite the bus advertising a 10:55 arrival time, it arrive after 12, but left London on time and there was minimal traffic, meaning that the advertised time was not accurately calculated. Given many calculate which bus to take based on when they need to arrive this is evil and objectively bad for your business.
Bus was very late and people were standing on the road waiting for over an hour. Bus staff was lovely, but the bus itself had some technical issues, and we had to stop every 10/15 minutes to let the bus cool down, incidentally picking up and dropping us off quite late.
Need to develop more efficient means of validating tickets and of navigating passengers to where to put bags/validate ticket/get on etc. Just spend a few hours thinking about the process and then change it.
