It was good as usually however other couple of passengers were talking on the phone, it was annoying and stressful

The driver was kind, the bus was very nice with all the amenities, the trip was quick, however when the bus arrived late and then let everyone out of the bus to eat and pee and smoke, this made my end pickup even later. A half hour in the big picture isn’t the end of the world. I just had to reschedule my pickup.

Better communication is needed to update passengers on changes due to mechanical issues, delay and not notify passenger that the pick up location had changed. Very poor communication.

I took a bus from Chilliwack to Vancouver, but it departed 25 minutes late and arrived an hour late. It seems the bus was from Calgary to Vancouver. I found it unhelpful that there was no clear timetable and the entire route was unclear. It arrived an hour late at night, so I'd like to see improvements. First of all, I'd like the timetable to be more detailed.

It was a comfortable ride. Very convenient, although it was about 30 minutes late for pick up.

My experience was very bad with the trip, which luckily I didn't do, because thanks to the 20 minute delay in boarding in Chilliwack I probably would have missed my flight to Toronto. What was bad was the company's treatment of my ticket cancellation request, which ignored it despite being requested more than 24 hours in advance.
