It was disappointing to find the Cama Ejecutivo was only 160* for a night bus that travel 9+ hours. Also it does not indicate which Cama Ejecutivo was on the bus at the time the ticket is booked. Temperature was also not well regulated during the night drive. Either too cold or too hot at times. For the price a blanket & pillow could be provide

The bus was quite old and dirty but the Cama seats were comfortable on the lower deck.The AC was loud and at times freezing cold fortunately we were prepared for this.The video sound control above our seats did not work but we managed to change seats to escape the noise.Overall our experience was much the same as other buses we have used in South America but we arrived at our destination safely and would probably travel with Cata again

Comfortable seat, although it was slightly damaged in that it would stay reclined, but I would rather this than being stuck in an upright position.
WiFi was excellent and reliable, only dropping out when in bus stations/under cover.

Perhaps, for the English speaking passengers, to be given allocated time when pulling into a stop at a bus station between destination so they can grab a snack, beverage or use restroom. And a better notification on time arrival. My bus arrived an hour and a half later than posted and I needed to contact my hotel as it was 10 pm.

The bus was clean and comfortable, the bus was half an hour late but there were no unnecessary stops. The only thing that was terrible was a stupid movie and loud music that the drivers put on until eleven at night (after two hours of this unnecessary noise) I couldn't take it anymore and told them to turn it off. God help me, who puts loud music and a movie on a ten-hour night bus?! There were about ten people on the bus and they were all just trying to sleep and suffering from it... Please make sure that it will no longer be on overnight trips or that at least they will announce it beforehand and ask the passengers if they are interested in it. thanks.

There was an unofficial bag handler present. It was a random local person. He accused me of having a bag over the allowed weight limit and tried charging me for an additional ticket. I refused this. We gave the driver what pesos we had available. The toilet facilities weren’t stocked. And rainwater leaked onto the floor where we were sitting on the top deck.

I have been travelling the last 3 month all over South America and this is the worst trip of all. 13 hours, toilet were blocked, water was dripping from the ceiling and the worst is when I collect my bag the whole bag was soaking. All my clothes, everything inside and to be honest I don't want to know how it got wet , because it doesn't smell too good.
