The trip was fine. The problem was at the beginning. My e-ticket clearly said I just had to show the ticket on my cell phone to board. The driver wouldn’t accept that. I had to go to the ticket office, wait in line for 20 minutes for a guy to give me a paper slip which had my seat number, which matched the one that was clearly printed on the e-ticket. Stupid waste of time and not a good look for your company. Your back office systems seem mired in the 1970s.
