Ontario Northland Dryden Winnipeg recent customer reviews
As a frequent traveller to Ontario via bus i have always been extremely satisfied with Ontario northland up until this most recent trip. The driver was very friendly, and I felt very safe with his driving the winter roads, however I was completely put in a position of feeling uncomfortable and unsafe when he stopped at the new southdale mall drop off location ...a city transit stop by a bus shelter where homeless hang out and an arra where people are put in vulnerable situations as the location is not the safest. Also was hurried off the bus as we were holding up city transit busses. If this is going to be a permanent drop off in southdale I will no longer choose this service and do not recommend to others. This is unsafe and unacceptable. Do better Ontario northland!
Shannon H.
The ride was very quiet. Bus was clean and driver was respectful and informative.
Heather S.
Very nice and professionnal driver. But the bus was 1 hour late which made me miss my flight home. I didn't even get an e-mail notification and had to call to check the status of the bus.
