The bus was extremely comfortable with lots of space. Had a good night's sleep. Cup holders were broken though, and bus looked a bit 'tired and outdated' inside. It would be really helpful if the driver could let the passengers know what each place was that the bus stoppeed at, as many of the bus terminals did not have names. We were lucky that we were going to final destination, so not a problem for us.

Unfriendly bus drivers, they smoke in the bus. Dirty toilets. Bad communication about stops (how long, where)

Long drive, but staff was great and very nice. There was enough stops and very clean

It was just terrible, so many hours , with out stop . No possible to change the mobile. The toilet was dirty, no paper, no running water ... Very very disappointed

The ride was smooth, air conditioned, seats were comfortable. Bathroom was very basic, no running water to wash hands, no water anywhere. Thats was one minus for me.

We arrived 5 hours late with no communication from bus staff. We had two ‘snacks’ which included some very sad looking sandwiches and considering the overall bus journey was 31 hours this was not enough and we only stopped once at a small service station. The water dispensers on the bus also did not work.

Bus was halted for several hours. The crew did not alert the passengers of the situation for the entirety of the time we were stuck. I got to my location in the middle of the night when public transportation was no longer running and my hostel reception was closed. Had to wait three hours outside in cold before hostel was open.

Bus was late departing and lost more time during the journey taking 30 hours instead of 27. Food provided was average and so was the coffee.
