The bus broke down after an hour, we were moved to nsa bus which was good, however we paid for beds and in a new bus we got normal seats. After bringing it up to the staff they told me they don’t have available beds in this bus. Our travel was terrible we didn’t sleep at all.

Well our actual Bus didn’t come but to be fair they sorted it out quite well. They sent us to the border with another bus and then we used another company to get to our destination. Very friendly staff. We were about 3 hours late but it was okay.

The arrival in Asunción was delayed by more than an hour. The bottom seats had no place to store backpacks and I had to put is at my feet and the passenger in front of me reclined completely, frisking my feet the whole journey.

The seat was very comfortable. But it was so cold in side with the air conditioning on, I was unable to sleep and ended up with a soar throat after the 6 hours or so ride🥲.
