I was never able to get on a bus. The pick up location was wrong and when we finally realized no bus was coming, we went to the Cruz del Sur office where staff were rude and frankly quite mean.

The bus was cancelled, not even possible to book but it let me book it only to show up at the station and tell me there is no bus due to the road closures.
