Bus from Indianapolis to Chicago: Tickets & Timetables

Terrible! I missed the original bus from Indianapolis and Greyhound allowed me on with many complications.

They left me because i was walking to slow to get on the bus but i had fell. I was not able to get on the bus.

It smelled like pee. There was trash everywhere. And there were no outlets.

The good: punctuality, friendly staff and safe driving. The bad: dirty bus interior, stinking bathroom, unpresentable.

The worst costumer experience ever they treat people in the worst way, the bus was dirty and smells bad

I have missed my flight due to the bus delay, missed it by 30min (I had originally plan to arrive 3hrs earlier) How so we solve this?

Traveled from Indianapolis to Chicago Union Station, bus was 3 hours late, very rude staff, never got an explanation or an apology or anything. Very slow service while boarding. Driver and station worker got into a fight in front of everyone, including a little girl, making us wait even longer. Couldn’t even ask questions to the staff because they lack patience and would yell at anyone who made a mistake like being in the wrong line or something like that. I understand unforeseen events may happen that make the bus be late, but the indifference and rudeness from the staff was unacceptable. The only good thing was that the driver made the ride shorter than expected, so I was able to catch my flight. However, many other passengers missed their flights or connecting buses.

Greyhound bus was 2.5 hours late, Amtrak said it wasn’t and that me and all other 20 passengers waiting for it had missed it.

I booked the Amtrak train and it was changed to a Greyhound bus. I was seated next to the toilet where the door would not easily latch so I had to slam the door shut for each occupant.
