I almost missed my train because the driver was inside the greyhound talking to coworkers for about 25 minutes instead of getting us to amtrak but other than that it was fine.
Great ride, well satisfied would definitely ride again.
Nice and clean. Warm.
They don’t keep to time. It is unreliable
I'll use it again
The bus had a stinking foul smell and had a lot of litter in it (used cups, bottles)
I mdae it
It was an ok ride. The driver was a bit loud and agitated but overall no problems. Got to location in a timely fashion.
Clean, comfortable bus. The Wi-Fi worked very well. Good to have a restroom. Great service by the driver.
Efficient, comfortable, clean and very affordable
Couldn't see wifi password
Seats were nice and clean and they had outlets to charge my phone. But we were late leaving to begin with. Each stop we were stuck there for an extended period of time. Driver also made very abrupt stops while driving i wouldn’t be surprised if someone had whiplash.
Satisfied with my trip, the wifi wasn't working but otherwise good
The staff at Indianapolis was very rude. Moreover every time I asked them that when the bus will arrive, they keep giving different answers.
Bus never came was put on a different bus after 4 hours of waiting.
Very poor bus. Poor seats.
Very unclean and unwelcoming environment. No chargers, seats were disgusting and caked with dirt (also some were very wet). Also, had to print a physical ticket which made me late because I thought my email receipt was sufficient.. (why wouldn't it be?)
Not on time and does not provide customer with details of how late the bus will be
Driving staff were good.
smell in bus was bad
The driver got lost 3 times on our way to Chicago from Indianapolis. She was nervous, screaming on passengers and we got delayed for almost 2 hours. Worst experience ever. I will not choose Greyhound as a transit company no more. This was my first time and I'm sure it was a last time too. Very dissapointed
I think good.
Unprofessional, nobody was available to answer phone calls even during open hours.
The bus of Oct 31 (12:00) was 50 minutes late
