I was very impressed with the driver. I had hurt my leg just before I caught the bus. When we arrived in Merritt, he helped carry my bag off the bus and got my luggage to my ride. Then he made sure that I got across the rock way so I wouldn’t fall. Sorry I never got his name but he went above and beyond to make sure I was safe. I’m forever grateful and will be a Rider traveller for all my travels this winter. God bless drivers like him.

Not very nice, the bus driver was extremely rude to the man I was sitting beside when the man simply asked if he could get off in Abbotsford rather than Vancouver. Bus driver belittled him and told him to go away. Said he won’t be rifling through luggage and it’s not his problem.
