Im generally very satisfied with my travels with ebu. My purpose for travel was I was going to take care of my daughter after her surgery. Unfortunately her surgery was cancelled I did call the day before my travel and was told that unfortunately that I could only reschedule but I did not have a set date for that because we where not sure when that date would be. So I guess lesson to me would be to pay extra for insurance, or if Ebus could have exceptions for thinks u cant control.

Going through the whole experience as a person living life after a stroke, partially paralyzed on the right side of my body. It was my first time taking EBus, and the staff and driver were friendly, and very helpful.

The bus forgot to clear out the carbon? So our bus driver had to clear it which made us delayed by 1.5 hour. And this was the later bus.

1) If the bus says it leaves at 4:15 IT SHOULD LEAVE AT 4:15, instead of leaving 20 mins late. 2) Got stuck at the highway in the middle of nowhere without food or water for 6 hours. AT LEAST HAVE EMERGENCY WATER SUPPLY! 3) stranded in the middle of nowhere hungry and dehydrated writing this review. Pls prepare better for emergencies. 4)GET COMFORTABLE SEATS. How am I even supposed to sleep on this piece of brick?

Bus was early but still waited for everyone to check in before leaving. Plenty of seats available, lots of room in the overhead. Working outlets, AC, reading lights. Comfy ride!
