The ride was smooth and the seating was comfortable. The bus was a little late, but not enough for me to truly be dissatisfied in any way!

Flixbus o my refunded me for a voucher when their buses kept running 2 hours late

It wasn't great because I purchased a ticket for the west end of Ottawa and it dropped me off in the east end.

Service was smooth, driver was courteous and helpful but was late. I realise it was because of the time of day and likely traffic from Toronto so didn’t mark them down on this

The bus left and arrived on time, was clean, spacious, and quiet, and even kindly offered refreshments

I went on a completely different bus because y'all were gonna show up an hour and a half late and I had a flight to catch

Bus was punctual and was very accurate with its estimated time of arrival. The seats were very comfortable and the staff was very nice and attentive to the customer.

The bus was late by 1 hour overall and there was no update provided beforehand

Original delay message indicated 10-15 minutes but then showed an hour late.

Cabin was very clean and spacious, bathrooms as well. Communication between the company and patrons regarding delays, ETA, departure platform, etc. was very clear and consistent/easy to find. However there was some serious delays that caused me to nearly miss a flight.

Not bad for a first train experience. The long delay was disappointing but out of their control - I understand that another train had a mechanical failure and blocked the track. The offered discount on the next ride aboard the same train was not useful to me as I was on vacation and will not be using that train again.
