Find the cheapest tickets from Kingston to Pearson Toronto Airport

Mostly fine experience. However when it started to rain, the ceiling of the bus was leaking (heavily) in several places.

Booked a bus to airport. Plans changed by 2 hrs. A week later which was still a week from departure date I tried changing my booking but it wouldn't work so I ended up having to buy a second ticket. Even customer support service could not help me. This was all being done online. So I paid double the price.

The bus ride was great but I have accidentally left my baggage in the bus and waiting for someone to call me back.

Good experience as far as the drive went. Booked it for my husband to meet family in Toronto. Bus driver was unhelpful when loading, my husband had a heart condition and he didn’t offer to help with luggage. Young women were pushing luggage back and rearranging luggage to fit more in as he stood there and watched.

The trip was smooth the driver has a wonderful personality!! It was hot not sure if the ac was working

The seat was comfortable. It was a smooth ride. The only downside of my trip was the waiting time to leave Kingston. It was emphasized that I have to be at departure point 15 min before departure, but the bus had dinner break at Harvey’s for 30 min and since there was no assigned seating, I had to wait for everybody get on board first. I was waiting for 45 min to get on the bus.

I like the communication letting me know if there are any changes in the schedule and route, the complimentary drinks and snacks, and the attentiveness of the two—or three-member crew. Also, being able to choose where to sit comfortably, like in an airplane-style chair (pull-out tables are included for each chair), is a bonus.

Bus driver was quite rude. There was garbage in my seat and no drinks or snacks available.

Didn’t end up taking it. The pickup location was inconvenient and the service was severely delayed (20+ minutes). I didn’t have the ability to track the bus, and was notified only an hour before departure that it would be a van and not a bus. I was severely disappointed.

The bus was late by over the initially estimated 30-35 minutes. Bus driver was weaving through traffic on the highway.

It was nice because it was a pretty private ride but it was 30 minutes late to pick me up at the stop

Driver was very pleasant. Drive was very comfortable. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper. Sadly, I discovered as I was taking my bag out of the overhead compartment, that there was an extra roll of tp there. There either needs to be a full roll at the beginning of a trip, or two rolls always available IN the bathroom. This is an important part of the comfort of the trip. The seats have NO lumbar support, so not very comfortable.

Half an hour late then getting to Toronto 40 mins late. This was traffic and does not reflect on the driver

First bus arrived 15 minutes late and was full, they told us to wait 30 minutes for another bus. 30 minutes later another bus shows up, also full. We waited an hour and 15 minutes until we finally got on a bus, so we got to Toronto at 12:15 am instead of 10:40 pm.

My experience with Book A Ride was horrible. The bus delayed 3 hours, literally, 3 hours and I have screenshots that prove this. I was supposed to arrive at my destination at 10PM and I got there 1:30AM.

Bus was almost 30 minutes late and smelled very strongly of the bathroom in the back

Hour late. Bus broke down on the highway twice. Driver was on the phone yelling the entire time. Driver had to stop and get gas.

The train was very clean, the attendants were exceptionally nice. The transfer from Union Station to Pearson Airport was a breeze. We had a great experience.

The trip was comfortable The workers were amazing We needed the wheel chair lift. They treated us respectfully

Train was 4 hours late There was no food compensation given The condition of the train was dirty and is in need of upgrading the seats and center seat dividers. The via rail staff at Kingston was friendly and kept us informed of situation.

I paid expecting a coach bus, like how it’s always been. I wasn’t expecting a shuttle bus. The drive was extremely shaky and uncomfortable

We were on a smaller van type bus, but the driver was very careful and friendly so we had a very smooth ride to our destination.

The driver was late and the bus that arrived was a small ghetto white van. That is not acceptable.

Vehicle had 6 passengers, which was 1 too many in back set, too squished
