Bus was 6 hours late, I missed my flight out of Santa Cruz. They even charged an extra 80BOB because they wanted to go through Sucre instead of Cochabamba. Horrible service.

We left an hour late and then were made to get off the bus at the airport and wait on the side of the road for 45 minutes, no one communicated with us. We arrived in Santa Cruz 2 1/2 hours late so the journey was 20 hours 30 minutes in total
