Absolutely horrible service. The bus was very delayed the entire journey and when we were ready to leave the border crossing we ended up sitting in one spot unable to move for over 30 minutes because the bus driver was unsure what to do and it seemed like she didn’t want to ask the staff there for help.

I've enjoyed the newer driver, the woman because she was so kind and patient instead of coming lately, i definitely recommend her, she's so good. What i didn't enjoy, i came late 3 min after the departure time, and i lost the bus, and i pay another ticket, that was unfair and i was really unhappy 😭
