Intercity bus London Toronto recent customer reviews
Awful, bus was shaking and the windows weren't sealed. They said that their schedule had changed and didn't take me to my destination, rather they told me to take a train the rest of the way. The driver was also calling people the whole time.

ONEXBUS London Toronto recent customer reviews
The window beside me was broken and letting in air. The electric outlets did not work.

No outlet. No wifi as advertised. They dropped us off at the airport on the edge of the city instead of downtown with only three hours’ notice by email which they sent four times at 10:37 am, because of a highway closure they should know about three days ago. Their late notifications were 15 minutes delayed as well. The lavatory also did not have hand sanitizer. Never riding ONEX bus again.

Bus was clean and comfortable. Ride was issue free. What I didn't like was that the driver put his stuff on the 2 front window seats, thus preventinganyonefromsitting there. I enjoy sitting in those seats and I don't get motion sick. Instead I had to sit behind the driver where it is hard to see front wards.
Also there was no wifi or outlets
Many users appreciated the punctuality and professionalism of the bus service, highlighting comfortable seats and helpful drivers. The overall experience was positive for many, with some enjoying amenities like WiFi access. However, there were concerns about unclear departure locations in London causing confusion and discomfort due to cold temperatures or cramped seating arrangements on certain trips.

On time. Clean. Seats hard for a long trip. But in order. I recommend it. I had plenty of time before my flight so I can’t speak on overall punctuality. But I am very satisfied. Driver was excellent.

The bus was running 45 minutes late, at which point we received an email that is was cancelled and gave a customer support number to call. Would avoid using Megabus in the future as it seems extremely unreliable.

bus showed up late, and i was flown from my seat numerous times as the bus driver would fail to slow down, and have to slam on his breaks to avoid rear ending other cars.

The bus was almost 2 hours late and they made me randomly get off the bus and take another rider bus which was very confusing and seemed unnecessary

The ticket was sold to me under false pretense. I bought a ticket to arrive in Toronto at 1:30 and didn't get in until 2:30. Unacceptable business practice.

OurBus London Toronto recent customer reviews
The traffic was heavy and your competent drivers made it stress free. We just relaxed.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes earlier. The ticket and the booking confirmation showed OurBus as the operator, so I waited for an OurBus to arrive.
After two follow-ups with an OurBus agent, I received an email with an updated booking confirmation and ticket, showing OneXBus as the operator. However, this bus had left around 40 minutes before OurBus sent me the updated information.
So I missed the bus while standing there in the heavy snowfall for over 1 hour, watched the OneXBus leaving, had to pay an Uber to take me to Toronto, and almost missed my flight because of OurBus terrible customer service and miscommunication.

Bus turned out to be a white van that smelled of cigarettes and literally gave me hives. Driver was swerving off the road on the highway multiple times, cars and trucks were honking at us the whole way. Thought we might die. I will NEVER book with them again.

Absolutely horrible. The bus never came and nobody answered my calls or called me.

VIA Rail London Toronto recent customer reviews
The train was on time; service at the train station courteous and offered help with printing the ticket. The boarding itself was less pleasurable - the attendant at the door did not set a stool to reach a high step to the train and actively avoided a chance of being asked for help with the luggage. The ride itself was quite bumpy, with the train changing the speed abruptly.

Decent train, lucky that the cart was mostly empty. But we were 15 min late enroute and then 30 min standing waiting for the platform in Toronto. Got late for everything and such a waste.

My trip was disappointing to say the least. The bus the 40 minutes behind schedule with no notice, making me late for flight and causing other passengers to reschedule. The driver also made stops that were not on schedule, delaying our arrival in further.

I will only travel with London Travel from here on, The driver Carlos was so wonderful and friendly and it was first class service. The vehicle was immaculate, playing soft classical music and calm, with perfect car temperature. This the only way I will travel to London back from on. Please don’t change a thing.
