Bus Tickets from London to Pearson Toronto Airport (YYZ)

More then one hour later ,it was scheduled to arrive at 5:30 PM but left London at 4:20 and arrived at the airport 1 hour 30 min late

The experience started poorly when my original pickup location was cancelled only a couple of hours before the scheduled departure. Since the change was communicated only by email, with no text notification, I did not realize what had happened until I was already at the pickup location wondering why the bus was late. I then had to take an Uber at my own expense to the updated pickup point at the Intercity building downtown. The bus — actually a microbus, which I was not expecting — was waiting there but ended up leaving late, possibly because other passengers were also dealing with changes to their pickup locations. I also did not expect the vehicle to be as crowded as it became after several additional stops around town. When we left downtown, I kept my bag with me because the bus was only partially full. By the time everyone had been picked up, however, there was very little room, and I ended up spending the three-hour trip squeezed in with my own bag so that other passengers could have a place to sit. I cannot say I would not use the service again because the convenience of not having to drive to Toronto is definitely a plus. However, next time I will plan better knowing what can go wrong. Better communication about last-minute pickup changes, clearer information about the type of vehicle being used, and better handling of luggage would make a significant difference to the overall experience.

It is horrible! The bus did not show up. They only sent email at 1:15am on the day and asked me to another bus station. The reason is that the road was closed but it was not. I missed reading that too early or too late email and waited for the bus at the scheduled station. When the scheduled time is approaching, they texted me and asked me to the other bus station in 10 mins. It is not possible at all. I replied message and asked more time, they did not reply back to me. They have many ways to avoid this happen, like sending texts, but they did not try. In the end I had to make other arrangement to get to Toronto airport.

Fantastic experience. Great driver and nice new Mercedes van. Also was on time for pick up even with bad traffic and weather

On time. Easy, no hassles. The only small complaint is that I didn’t get dropped off at terminal 3. It was due to traffic- we arrived 20 minutes. Over all great service!

The driver was professional and friendly, driving was excellent and we arrived on time.

The actual bus was nice. The ride was not since we were almost a full hour late.

London to yyz very efficient left and arrived within 5 minutes of scheduled times.

The air conditioner was blowing so strong that I felt like in the arctic it was freezing inside the bus now I have a sore throat.

Punctual for the pick up, but it took 3 hours to reach the final destination at Pearson Airport.

it always takes an hour to get out of london and i find the time estimates are super inaccurate — we were 1 hour and a half later than the estimated time, could have been shortened by spending less time sitting around at each stop (very long time at the airport and not sure why)

It was great the driver was friendly and polite because we got caught in detours and were late 🙈

I booked a bus to surprise my family with a small van. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating because the driver separated me from my children. He asked my 12-year-old son to sit in the front passenger seat, while I was expected to sit separately from my kids. I asked the driver to allow us to sit together, but he initially refused. I explained that I was not comfortable with my 12-year-old sitting in the front and that, as his mother, I needed to sit beside my children. After some discussion and negotiation, he finally agreed to let us sit together. This was very disappointing, especially because I had booked the trip expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience with my children. In general, we didn't enjoyed the trip that cost me $131.79 for 3 people.

The driver went out of the way to drop off a passenger which caused us to be later than the 6:05 arrival time and it appeared as though it was his friend, this is not the first time this has happened and before the driver actually asked the people to be quiet about it and they tired to pay him cash and he quickly said later, later paying customers should not have to be late because drivers are doing side jobs
