⚠️ אזהרה על חברת האוטובוסים Catedral!
הזמנו כרטיסים, הגענו בזמן והאוטובוס לא הגיע. העובד בתחנה היה אדיש מאוד ולא עזר בכלל. כשהמשכנו ללחוץ עליו להבין מה קורה, הוא ענה באדישות מוחלטת שהאוטובוס שלנו מאחר. גם אחרי שעתיים וחצי איחור, כשהמצב היה חריג לגמרי, הוא התעקש שזה בסדר גמור ושנמשיך להמתין.
כשסוף סוף הגיע אוטובוס, עלינו עליו ואז הורידו אותנו בטענה שפספסנו את הנסיעה! 🤯 הם אפילו לא ניסו לעזור בהחלפה לשעה אחרת ודרשו מאיתנו תשלום נוסף. ואם זה לא מספיק – גם דרשו מאיתנו כסף על "משקל עודף", למרות שבאוטובוס הקודם המזוודות שלנו עלו בלי בעיה והמשקל שלנו בוודאות נמוך מהמקסימום המותר.
