Seeing as I cancelled my trip a week in advance because I had to fly home unexpectedly and they refused to give me a refund on my card and insisted on giving me a voucher (which wasn’t even for half the amount I payed for my ticket) even though I told them I will never use it because I have to fly home it was a joke. Appalling system should be ashamed of how they run a business.
