The bus was on time I was so happy for that nd the drivers are friendly and patient with passengers. Can u guys pls make 1 stop for Passengers we take especial Bethlehem and Welkom the drivers had to wait call the passengers telling them we almost there when the bus reached the stop the passengers are not on the right stop u found that 1 is Standing by Garage 1 is standing by Chicken licken nd the Poor driver will patiently call that person they come with an attitude nd angry to the driver and they saying I bought my ticket in Shoprite the lady who was assisting me told me to wait by Chicken licken nd the other 1 will say when I was buying tickets they said I must stand by garage So please to avoid that unnecessary conflict can we have 1Stop for Passengers Thank u

I was told tp sit at the back ,because the driver did not want me and my 7 yr old in front ,I hat to sit in the smallest back space seat as the guy in front of me had his chair recliner,and I am Claustrophobic,I ride the bus a lot and was happy with intercity always until this trip ,I pay like every 1 else I want to sit where I feel comfortable not the driver ,if my 7yr old was causing the driver problems I would of then said ok I wip go a few seats back but she did not and I had to move to the last seat by the toilets at the back ,I have to go back to jhb I hope I wil have a beter experience the ride back .

We had an accident close to Ulundi and we were stuck there for 5 hours. The drivers of the bus were not bothering to even update us as to what is going on and why are we still there when the police arrived hours ago to take statements and open a case. It’s as if they didn’t care. We arrived in Durban at 1am after midnight. The bus just left us stranded and fearing for our safety in Durban. At least ask people where they are going and provide transportation for them because it’s not there that the bus hit a car. Please guys do better, it was a horrible experience

Their service is very poor, first the bus left me at Cape Town Station, before the time of departure. They called and said I must catch the bus at the next station which is Belleville if I do not my ticket will be cancelled. The person on the phone said I should've been on the station 30 minutes before the trip when I told her the bus left me even though I was on time. The very same bus got stuck for 5 hours in Mossel Bay, there was no communication between the driver and the company even when we as passangers tried to call no one was picking up the phone
