Intercity Xpress receives praise for its friendly and patient drivers, as well as the spaciousness of their buses. Concerns about overcrowding, lack of charging facilities, and unhygienic bus toilets were also mentioned by multiple reviewers. Despite these challenges, passengers appreciate arriving safely at their destinations.

I thoroughly enjoyed the ride in the Intercity XpressMusic bus. The bus was neat and tidy and the driver was friendly and very interactive with all the passengers. He provided excellent customer service. I used to doubt the bus but I think I will be using it more often now. It's right up there on the same level as Greyhound and Intercape, but more affordable which is excellent.

They're busses are always clean so that's a bonus, however the drivers speed ALOT and they're forever on their cellphones, disregarding the 3 cameras pointed directly at the drivers, I just don't get it. It's as if the company allows, or even worse, promotes it! The seats in this particular bus were quiet tiny, despite the ticket clearly stating it was meant to be a deluxe/luxury coach, but I would still travel with them.

The bus went past Mthatha station without stopping.i then called the buses number only to be told that the bus is at the next station at ultra city.The bus then came back to pick me up only to meet a rude driver who didn't even apologize
