Very unhappy, the pass was due to leave at 22:00 & only got to leave at 23:16 & I had booked Intercity not Eagle Liner, the prices for these buses are not the same!!

I did not enjoy. I had a very unpleasant trip. First things first, I booked an IntercityXpress ticket but I was put in an EagleLiner bus without communication from Intercity of such a change. Secondly, proper boarding protocol was not complied to, our bags were not weighed and tagged for safety and ownership. As a result, my backpack was stolen in the bus by one of the passengers, at Harrismith (Bergview) whilst I went to buy food. The bag consisted of my laptop, 2 phones, my Bluetooth speaker, my PrDP and my ID amongst other things. As we attempted to identify the thief, we discovered he could not be found on the passengers list. I am very much aggrieved and hope this case will be taken with much seriousness, and I will be filing a lawsuit for negligence!
