Not great - bus was over two hours late, my seat was filthy when I did board, the AC unit was leaking all over me and the man opposite me and we arrived at the destination 4 hours later than advertised

The company was really nice as the lady refunded my ticket when the bus was mor than 1 hour late. But still I had to get a different bus ride from another company to finally make it to Natal more than 5 hours later as I was supposed to arrived
