I was not comfortable being on a bus for over 7 hours without a bathroom and the driver not making a stop to allow us to go a bathroom or get a drink or snack. It was horrible. My seat was broke I was next to a man that obviously needed 2 seats to himself because he was sitting in the seat facing me to close for comfort.

It was comfortable and somewhat clean. However, my ticket never indicated stopping and given all the stops, I ended up 2 hours later than I expected at the airport. Then the bus driver would not allow us to get our luggage until everyone was off the bus, when explained I am in a rush he walked away. I do not appreciate the lack of communication from flixbus about the delays or the bus drivers lack of urgency after all the delays and the bus breaking down.

There is never an outlet. And the buses don’t accommodate new phone charger cables. WiFi never works. Ever.

It was hot on the bus. The bathroom was even hotter and smelled awful because the toilet would not flush. There was gum stuck to the chair where your back rests and because I didn't know it had pressed into my shirt within time.
