Passengers have praised the bus service for its comfortable seats, timely departures and arrivals, smooth journeys, and amenities like USB chargers and free WiFi. However, some reviews mention frequent stops along the route that resemble a public transport experience rather than an express service. Additionally, there were occasional concerns about bathroom cleanliness during trips.
Viação 1001 Rio de Janeiro Arraial do Cabo recent customer reviews
Ómnibus sucio, muy sucio, llegó tarde. Nadie informa acerca de la demora. Y el viaje demoró 5 horas, en lugar de 3 y media. No lo recomiendo para nada. Horrible.

When we arrived at the platform, the staff members (two gentlemen) were quite unkind. We showed them our tickets on our phones, but they kept asking us questions in Portuguese that we did not understand. All the necessary information was already on the ticket, so it was unclear why additional questions were required.
We were also unable to find our seat numbers, as they were not clearly indicated on the ticket. Eventually, we managed to identify the seat numbers with gpt chat. It turned out there appears to be an error in your system: the “poltrona” (seat) section was empty, while the “plataforma” (platform) section contained the numbers 61 and 62, which were in fact the seat numbers.
This is confusing and misleading, and it should be corrected, as other passengers are likely to experience the same problem.

The experience was horrible. The staff was misinformed and made us miss the bus. We were treated very badly
