The bus left almost an hour and a half late without giving any information and arrived two hours late which created a lot of inconveniences. There was no WiFi or socket different from what it was said when we bought the ticket.

Disliked- Tickets didn’t have seat numbers in advance
- it was a nightmare to find the gate. People at ticket counters sent us twice to the wrong gate. We ran all across to finally find our bus. Also, it wasn’t a FLIXBUS it was called primar. Would have liked to have seen it on the tickets. It would have helped us find our bus when people didn’t know English and sent in in wrong places
