Horrible. The bus come later (about 5 hours late), without any type of Comunication from the staff. I personally had to go and the desk office and claim for information with the people there who didn’t even know what was happening themselves.
The way we, as cliente, were treated was really bad and disrespectful. I will claim for my right for reimbursement.
